This year’s spooky special Wine Down is sure to be a great time, but we host this event for a reason that goes beyond fun and celebration—it’s about the people we care for and the families who count on us. You never know when someone you love — a spouse, parent, a grandparent, a friend — might need the warmth and support that Friendship Center uniquely offers.
For 48 years, we’ve remained steadfast in our mission to bring light to older adults living with dementia and other cognitive conditions, giving them a safe space to rediscover joy, make new connections, and be part of a community that truly cares. And then, of course, there are the families who depend on us for respite and peace of mind, as they entrust us with their nearest and dearest. When their loved one enters our doors, families know they’re not alone in this journey, and their day-to-day lives start becoming brighter. |
