This October 20th, the Ventura County Taxpayers Foundation will present the Bill Wilson Award for Taxpayer Excellence to Jeff Burgh, Ventura County Auditor-Controller. Since 2014, Burgh has been a steadfast guardian of the County’s books—strengthening audits, financial reporting, and transparency so taxpayers can see how the County spends their money. Named for the late taxpayer advocate Bill Wilson, the award recognizes those who put fiscal responsibility first. Join us as we honor Jeff Burgh’s service to Ventura County taxpayers!
