CSUCI Fall 2027 application submission period has opened

CAMARILLO — Cal State Channel Islands (CSUCI) will begin accepting application submissions for the Fall 2027 term on Oct. 1, 2026. Students should submit their applications through the Cal State Apply portal. The priority application deadline for most Fall 2027 applicants is Jan. 15, except for the Nursing program which has a Nov. 30 deadline.

Applications for transfer students interested in Spring 2027 admission are already open. Students seeking Spring admission should submit their applications by the priority deadline of Oct. 30.

 

Nursing Program Applications

The application deadline for students seeking to transfer into CSUCI’s Nursing program is Nov. 30. Freshmen interested in Nursing may apply as a pre-nursing student. Nursing is one of CSUCI’s most popular majors and admission to the program is highly competitive and not guaranteed.

CSUCI recommends that students interested in a career in the health care field also consider two new Health Science options: the B.S. in Health Science with a Preclinical emphasis and the B.S. in Health Science with a Community Health emphasis. Find out more about CSUCI’s Health Science program.

CSUCI Tuition Promise

Cal State Channel Islands Tuition Promise covers tuition and mandatory fees for eligible students through grants, scholarships, and other non-loan financial aid.
