| Hello,
The Community Environmental Council (CEC) is working to rapidly move the California Central Coast to 100% efficient, clean, and renewable electricity to power our homes, businesses, and cars.
In 2023, CEC established Electrify Your Life (EYL), a free service offering personalized support and resources in Spanish and English to help make the switch to green tech solutions like electric vehicles, electric vehicle charging, solar, and home energy efficiency improvements affordable. We’ve helped more than 1,000 residents, businesses, and nonprofits stack incentives that they may not otherwise know they qualify for to save big on going electric.
Through EYL, CEC collaborates with other non-profit partner programs to amplify our collective impact. For example, CEC is a technical assistance partner for Ecology Action’s EVs for Everyone program, providing support to people looking to lease or purchase an electric vehicle. Together, we are helping income-eligible Central Coast residents access clean air vehicles through newly available funds from the Driving Clean Assistance Program. Interested individuals can fill out CEC’s EYL EV Assistance form and our team will follow up to walk them through the process.
We are proud to support Central Coast residents who want to make the switch to more affordable and cleaner energy solutions. CEC is committed to advancing clean, climate-friendly transportation in our community, and our work is made possible by the ongoing generosity of our supporters and legacy donors.
Thank you for being a part of our forward-looking community! Visit our website to learn more about our Livable World Legacy Society, and check out our latest featured donors below!
