SANTA MARIA — Allan Hancock College is once again offering free enrollment support for students through its?Bulldog?Express?workshops. Students are invited to attend?Bulldog?Express, a series of free workshops at the college’s Santa Maria campus and Lompoc Valley Center and are open to new, continuing and Hancock Promise students.
The Santa Maria campus will host Bulldog Express workshops in the Student Services building (bldg. A) on Mondays and Tuesdays Aug. 3 and Aug. 10 from 3 to 6 p.m.
Students can get help with applying for admission, completing the FAFSA or California Dream Act application, completing their online student orientation, creating a first-semester plan, registering for classes, reviewing financial aid and learning how to use the myHancock student portal.
“Bulldog Express brings essential enrollment services together in one place, making it easier for students to take the next step toward their educational goals,” said Ruby Galindo, retention specialist for Allan Hancock College Counseling. “We want every student to leave knowing they have a clear path forward and a support system behind them.”
No appointments are needed. Free parking and refreshments will be available. For more information on?Bulldog?Express, visit?https://www.hancockcollege.edu/counseling/express.php
