Stop Reinventing the Wheel: Capturing Your Best Work in a Repeatable System

June 10 @ 8:30 am Check-in: 8:00 am

Address: Workforce Development Board of Ventura County Office, 3rd Floor, 2901 North Ventura Road, Oxnard

Great teams do not just get things right, they get things right consistently. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to capture repeatable processes in a simple workflow table that turns hard-won team knowledge into a shared, trainable standard. Designed for leaders who want fewer one-off heroics and more reliable execution, this session helps participants protect their team’s best practices so they survive turnover and scale beyond any one person. Attendees will leave with a completed process standard they can immediately use to onboard faster, reduce errors, and stop answering the same questions over and over.
