June 11 — West Ventura County Business Alliance (WVCBA) to present Oxnard Mayor Luis A. Mc Arthur’s 2026 State of the City address

OXNARD — Oxnard Mayor Luis A. Mc Arthur’s 2026 State of the City address will be presented on Thursday, June 11, by the West Ventura County Business Alliance (WVCBA). It will be held from 4:00 – 6:30 p.m. at Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach located at 2101 Mandalay Beach Road in Oxnard.

In his presentation titled “Keeping Oxnard Safe and Self-Reliant,” Mayor Mc Arthur will speak to the City’s focus on keeping the community resilient in the face of local, national and global uncertainty.

“Oxnard continues to make strategic investments towards public safety, an improved quality of life, and the long-term financial sustainability of our City,” said Mayor Mc Arthur. “By strengthening our community’s self-reliance, we can continue restoring our streets and neighborhoods, and creating a more vibrant Oxnard for residents and businesses.”

“The mayor’s annual address brings our business community together with local officials and civic leaders to understand key initiatives and shape a shared vision for the future,” says WVCBA President & CEO Andy Conli. In addition to the mayor’s presentation, a panel of department heads will answer questions from the audience.
