The Community Environmental Council (CEC) is hosting the next Repair Cafe Santa Barbara on Saturday, May 9 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at CEC’s Environmental Hub (1219 State St.) — a chance to give your beloved items a second life instead of sending them to the landfill. This free, community-powered afternoon is part of our A Year of Active Hope event series, offering a space for neighbors to come together, share practical skills, rethink throwaway culture, and help each other reduce unnecessary waste.
