Mehrabian, who served as the fourth engineering dean at UCSB from 1983-1990, was responsible for major growth and advancement of the relatively young college during his tenure.
Drawing on fieldwork and a new dataset tracking 100,000 peacekeepers across Africa, political scientist William Nomikos examines how trust in UN peacekeepers influences their ability to reduce violence in conflict-affected communities.
