23 seats left for scones, sandwiches, and lively brass at the historic Pierpont Inn – get yours now, because these won’t last the weekend!
Some traditions are worth dressing up for. Picture it: a sunny Sunday afternoon at the historic Pierpont Inn. A pot of tea at your table. Warm scones, delicate finger sandwiches, and a tempting tower of pastries. And then, the trumpets. Tea & Trumpets is one of those VMF experiences that, once you’ve been, you make sure you don’t miss. It’s civilized and joyful in equal measure, and this Sunday, it opens our 2026 Fall Series. There are just 33 tickets left. Once they’re gone, they’re gone, so grab your seat before someone else gets your scone!

What to Expect
- The tea. A full afternoon tea service, brought right to your table. Scones, finger sandwiches, sweets, and plenty of tea to go around.
- The music. A spirited brass quintet with a program that moves easily from classical favorites to jazz standards. Expect fanfare, finesse, and a few toe-tappers between sips.
- The setting. The Pierpont Inn has welcomed guests to Ventura for more than a century, and there’s no more gracious room in town for an afternoon like this one.
- The company. Friends, neighbors, and fellow music lovers. Bring someone you’d like to treat, or come make some new friends at your table.

| Dear Friends of Ventura Music Festival,
Think of the moment a live performance moves you—or a child discovers the joy of making music. Your generosity helps make those moments possible.
Today is DAF Day, a national day encouraging donors to put their Donor Advised Funds to work for the causes they love. If music has enriched your life, we invite you to share that gift by recommending a grant to Ventura Music Festival.
Your DAF gift helps VMF:
- Bring world-class music to our community, with exceptional performances that inspire and connect us
- Spark creativity in local students through free music education programs in schools and after-school settings
- Expand access to live music, helping more people experience the joy of a Festival performance or music at a VMF free community event
We believe everyone deserves a place in the audience—and the opportunity to discover what music can make possible. Your support helps bring that vision to life, from the concert stage to the classroom.
Put your DAF to work for music this Thursday. Log in to your DAF provider’s portal and recommend a grant using:
Legal name: Ventura Music Festival Association, Inc.
Tax identification number (EIN): 77-0314562
Every gift helps bring extraordinary music within reach and inspires the next generation of music lovers. Thank you for helping keep music at the heart of our community.
With gratitude,
The Ventura Music Festival Team
