OXNARD — The 2014 Fiestas Patrias will conclude with the traditional Cry for Independence (“Grito de Independencia“) at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 15 at Plaza Park in downtown Oxnard, the Comité Cultural reported in a media release.
