This year, we’re introducing the Green Gala Market — a lively reception where guests can meet local farmers, ranchers, artisans, food and beverage partners, and climate innovators while enjoying tastings, conversations, and unique silent auction experiences.

Meet a few of the people and businesses you’ll encounter in the Market — and join us on September 19 to discover how they’re cultivating a more resilient Central Coast.

Solminer

Taste regenerative agriculture in action. Solminer, a CEC Central Coast AgLink partner and exclusive Green Gala Market regenerative vineyard and winery, will be pouring throughout the evening. Meet the team, taste their wines, and learn how regenerative practices are shaping the future of Central Coast vineyards.

Cuyama Lamb

From working lands to wool, Cuyama Lamb is finding new ways to build resilience. A CEC partner in wildfire mitigation and soil restoration, Cuyama Lamb will bring their locally raised wool to the Green Gala Market — including a one-of-a-kind blanket handwoven by Oaxacan MAESTRO Porfirio Gutiérrez. Guests can learn more about the connection between grazing, healthy soils, and resilient landscapes.

T.W. Hollister & Co.

At Hollister Ranch, the land itself is an ingredient. T.W. Hollister & Co. will pour their vermouth while sharing the story of botanicals grown on the ranch and the regenerative agricultural practices that help steward this extraordinary landscape. Guests can also enjoy a curated cocktail featuring T.W. Hollister vermouth.

Marino Soil Foods

What if the resources we already have could help rebuild our soils?Marino Soil Foods turns California-raised Merino wool and wild, local fish scraps into specialty fertilizers designed to support microbial activity, strengthen roots, and build long-term soil health. Formed through a partnership between Cuyama Lamb and Get Hooked Seafood, Marino is keeping nutrients circulating close to home.

Ventura Spirits

From agave grown on the Central Coast to spirits made in Ventura, this is a true taste of place. Ventura Spirits will be joined by agave farmer Doug Richardson for a tasting of their Paloma agave spirit, with two curated cocktails featured at the Green Gala Market bar. It’s a chance to learn how local agriculture, craft spirits, and stewardship can come together.

Our exclusive dinner wine partner, Tyler Winery, will pair the meal with a selection of their acclaimed Central Coast wines.
