Nayborlee (nayborlee.com) just launched a free private neighborhood
board in Meiners Oaks — Meiners Oaks Neighbor, a calmer alternative
to the big neighborhood apps. Chronological posts, no ads, no
algorithm; neighbors share events, recommendations, and real-life
meetups.
Founder Lise Richards built it to fight loneliness at block level:
“We’re lonelier than ever as communities, living right next door to
people we haven’t really spoken to in years — a passing wave or
misdelivered mail is about as close as it gets.”
