CAMARILLO — The Cal State University, Channel Island’s Spring 2018 Speaker Series will kick off with “The History and Lore of Baseball in Photos,” Friday, February 23 from noon to 2:00 p.m. on the CSU Channel Island campus (Malibu Hall 100, One University Dr., Camarillo).
The speaker is Jonathan Light, attorney and author of the award-winning book, The Cultural Encyclopedia of Baseball. The talk will include baseball photos, anecdotes, stories, little-known facts and lore. The event is presented and sponsored by the CSU Channel Island’s Business Advisory Council of the Martin V.
