SANTA BARBARA — Cottage Health has brought two existing Santa Barbara primary care practices together at a larger, centralized location as of November 3, 2026.
Cottage Primary Care – Santa Barbara and Cottage Primary Care – Santa Barbara – Bath St. will combine at 2400 Bath St., Suite 200, operating as Cottage Primary Care – Santa Barbara.
The clinic’s physicians include:

The move provides a more spacious setting that can accommodate physicians and care teams from both practices in one location. The teams will now share a centralized location while continuing to provide primary care services to our community.
Patients and community partners are encouraged to update their records with the new clinic address and phone number.
