Join us to celebrate new affordable housing at
Pismo Terrace in Pismo Beach!

Located at 855 4th Street, adjacent to bus routes, and community resources, this new construction development is comprised of 50 units. Residents will have access to a community center, picnic area, laundry room, playground, on-site property management, and supportive services. Some units will be designated for No Place Like Home households. A light snack and beverages will be provided following the ceremony.

Los residentes tendrán acceso a un centro comunitario, zona de picnic, lavandería, parque infantil, administración de la propiedad y servicios de apoyo. Algunas unidades se destinarán a familias de No Place Like Home.

Al término de la ceremonia se ofrecerá un bocadillo ligero y bebidas.
