VENTURA  — The City of Ventura is launching a third round of the Ventura Housing Connections Series, a free workshop program designed to help tenants, property owners, and property managers build informed and successful rental relationships.

The series offers practical guidance on rental rights and responsibilities, housing standards, communication strategies, and local housing resources — supporting conflict prevention and housing stability throughout the community. Sessions are designed for both new and experienced renters and property owners.

The City presents the series in partnership with the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors (VCCAR) and the Housing Rights Center, bringing property owners and tenants together to support informed and balanced housing conversations.

Workshops are presented in partnership with the Housing Rights Center and the VCCAR , bringing together perspectives from both sides of the rental relationships to encourage balanced, well-informed housing conversations.

Upcoming sessions:

All workshops are free, open to the public, and held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at City Hall, located at 501 Poli Street. Spanish interpretation is available upon request. Registration is required.
