Ventura Area Member Network Closes Spring Season with Final Events Before Summer Break

VENTURA — Ventura County Business Women (VCBW), the county’s fastest-growing professional women’s network with over 6,600 members, announces its June 2026 event lineup designed to support women entrepreneurs through authentic connection, strategic collaboration, and personal empowerment.

With a diverse range of in-person and virtual opportunities, June’s calendar offers businesswomen across Ventura County multiple touchpoints for networking, skill development and community building—from signature morning networking events and a brand-new pop-up gathering in Ojai to an expert panel experience.

Ventura County Business Women will pause programming in July for Summer Break. Events resume in August 2026. JUNE 2026 EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

 

VCBW Coffee & Connection

Tuesday, June 2, 2026  •  8:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Location: Poinsettia Pavilion, 3451 Foothill Road in Ventura

Cost: Free for Ecosystem Members • $15 Guest Pass

 

Join VCBW for the final Coffee & Connection of the spring — and the final one before Summer Break. This gathering carries a different kind of energy: a moment to reconnect, celebrate first-half growth, reflect on where you’ve been, and step intentionally into the season ahead, surrounded by women who truly see, support, and expand one another.

In a season where there is always more to do, this session helps cut through the noise and get clear on what actually matters. VCBW founder Tawney Noriega and Kristen Fickeisen of Ko-Create Marketing will help attendees focus on identifying true priorities and aligning time, energy, and attention with what will move their business forward right now — a session designed for women who feel pulled in multiple directions and are ready to make clearer decisions, reduce overwhelm, and create momentum in a way that feels sustainable. VCBW Ask the Experts Panel

Theme: “The Invisible Collapse — What’s Breaking in Business Right Now and What Women Are Being Called to Build Instead, featuring lifestyle podcaster and fitness expert JJ Flizanes and Raini Steffen, Raini & Associates Interior Design.

 

Ask the Experts brings together a rotating panel of trusted VCBW subject-matter experts to offer grounded, practical guidance in their respective specialties. Before the event, the community submits questions ranging from business and “operations to mindset, leadership, wellness, and beyond. VCBW Pop-In: Three Birds Ojai

VCBW Pop-Ins are free-flowing, come-as-you-are meet-ups designed to bring women together in real conversation while supporting local businesses. Each month, the community visits a new location and gathers for casual connection, collaboration, and community building.
