Santa Paula Art Museum — Free Family Day: Día de los Muertos on Nov. 2

A student completes a project from the Museum’s Art in the Classroom: Mexican Folk and Traditional Artprogram led by teaching artist Haya Cuzick.

Hello, November!

October was frightfully busy for our education programs—in the best way possible! Over the past four weeks, we’ve welcomed more than 250 students to the Museum for exhibit tours and workshops. Our daily after-school program for SPUSD across six school sites is inspiring over 600 young artists each week, and 300 4th-6th graders are engaging in our Art in the Classroom: Mexican Folk and Traditional Art program.

November will play host to some of our biggest events of the year at the Santa Paula Art Museum, including a special Free Family Day honoring Día de los Muertos on Sunday, November 2. Later this month, join us for the premiere of The 16th Art About Agriculture Exhibition, and get into the holiday spirit with our festive art classesfor all ages. Scroll down to learn more.
