We’re currently hiring for three key positions:
- Organizing Director: Lead a regional team and grow a powerful grassroots base of working-class immigrant families across the Central Coast. This senior leadership role guides strategic campaigns on tenants’ rights, environmental justice, and immigrant worker power. Learn more and apply.
- Associate Operations Director: Oversee daily office operations, supervise administrative staff, and support both our Co-Executive Directors and the rest of our operations team. This role also plays a key part in HR implementation and onboarding new staff. Learn more and apply.
- Santa Maria Community Organizer: Build local leadership and coordinate grassroots campaigns on social, economic, and environmental justice issues in Santa Maria. Learn more and apply.
