Experience the beauty of Ventura County through the eyes of award-winning Thousand Oaks artist Harvey Cusworth. Inspired by California’s distinctive natural light, Cusworth’s expressive oil paintings explore the interplay between light, color, and form.

The solo exhibition presents 29 original works ranging from sweeping views of the Santa Monica Mountains and Pacific coastline to intimate scenes of urban life. All of the artworks will be available for purchase. “Visions of Conejo Valley and the Malibu Coast” will be on view from September 13, 2025, to January 11, 2026.

Presented in partnership with the Santa Paula Art Museum and the Mexican Consulate in Oxnard, the Oxnard Performing Arts Center Corporation (OPAC) presents “Anonymous Heroes,” a special exhibit that honors the resilience, creativity, and contributions of farm workers in Ventura County and beyond.

Curated by artist Rafael Perea de la Cabada, the offsite exhibit features 29 artworks from SPAM’s permanent collection by historic and contemporary SoCal artists, including Carlos Almaraz, Judy Baca, Sergio Hernandez, Xavier Montes, John Nichols, Gail Pidduck, Eloy Torres, and more. “Anonymous Heroes” will be on view from September 12, 2025, to January 16, 2026.
