The ecologist, who studies how plants and animals respond to newly created or restored habitat, has earned the Cronin Early Achievement Award from the Coastal & Estuarine Research Federation.
Reflecting generations of cultural memory and a thoughtful commitment to preservation and public access, the items were donated by Farrokh Ashti Ashtiani to the library’s U.S. and International History, Politics, Civilization and Cultures Collection.
