Jarecky is a Media Operations Supervisor for the City of Thousand Oaks with two decades of management experience in municipal government public information. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Miami University of Ohio, Master of Arts in Communications from Pepperdine University and Master of Business Administration/Finance from California Lutheran University. He is also a board member and president of the Hillcrest Homeowners Association.
