Assistant teaching professor Michelle Petty-Grue explores her life and profession in the arts in this long-form interview that ranges from her upbringing in England to raising a Black son in America.
Guest speakers from around the country will discuss the Black experience in U.S. courts and prisons, and a new work by artist Tyhib Rawls, featuring iconic imagery of the 1968 North Hall Takeover, is revealed at the Black Student Union.
With funding from the campus, engineers Phillip Christopher, Shuji Nakamura and Stephen DenBaars collaborate to develop custom lasers to power more efficient photon-driven catalytic processes.
