CAMARILLO — Camarillo resident Cami Pinsak was recently installed as the 2024 president of the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors. Pinsak is the broker-owner of Realty ONE Group Summit, which has offices in Camarillo and Ventura, and has been a Realtor for nearly 18 years.
A Camarillo resident since 1999, Pinsak has been part of the VCCAR leadership team since 2017 when she was first elected to the association’s Board of Directors. She has also served as VCCAR’s treasurer, first vice president and president-elect. She is also a director for the statewide California Association of Realtors and was named VCCAR’s Broker/Manager of the Year Award in 2016.
Also featured at the Installation, held this year at the Commemorative Air Force at Camarillo Airport, was the presentation of VCCAR’s four annual awards. Yolanda Carr was named Affiliate of the Year, Janet Sprissler was selected as Realtor of the Year, Jennifer Greule was named Office Manager of the Year and Michelle Mueller and Bob Davis were honored as the year’s Local Good Neighbor Award winners.
Besides Pinsak, this year’s officer team consists of President-Elect Rebeca Elliott, First Vice President Jeri Becker, Treasurer Dawn Durazo and Immediate Past President Juliet Esquibias. The 2024 Board of Directors consists of Vicky Cummings, Bonny Goetz, Julio Gomez, Jennifer Gerule, Walter Morris, Cibeli Rocha, Jana Scarborough and Janet Sprissler, while Carolyn Triebold serves as the Multiple Listing Service Director.
Pinsak was previously affiliated with a Keller Williams franchise and with Cobalt Realty Group, before opening the Realty ONE Group Summit brokerage in 2013. She has been the broker and sole owner since 2018 and is proud of the company’s status as a woman-owned small business.
The daughter of an airline captain and flight attendant who met in Hawaii, she was born in Berlin, Germany, where her father was based as a pilot for Pan Am. She is married and has two grown daughters.
