En 2022, la Legislatura de California aprobó casi 1,200 proyectos de ley, y casi 1000 se convirtieron en ley. Muchas de las nuevas leyes son correcciones menores a leyes que los legisladores y el gobernador promulgaron anteriormente. Otras son más bien reducidas o específicas de una determinada industria. Otros más se introducirán gradualmente con el tiempo. Esta presentación repasará actualizaciones críticas para todos los empleadores de California. La asesora de negocios y experta en contabilidad, Juliana Ramírez de JR Bookkeeping . La experta en recursos humanos, Rosandra Esquivel de The HR Firm, también hablarán sobre actualizaciones de políticas, orientación práctica y recursos disponibles sin costo.
