Our Biggest Gala Yet
Our success is only made possible by YOU. Because of your support, whether you donated, volunteered, attended, or spread the word about our 2022 Gala, we were able to host our most successful event ever. Together we raised $684,000 for our community’s youth! As you know, putting this event together is no small feat, and we’ve already begun planning next year’s… and we have a date! The 21st Annual Stand Up For Kids Gala will be held on
Saturday, September 9th 2023.
Learning Enhancement Acceleration Program
The recent use of remote learning has put our children and our community in a precarious position. We have been able to help the kids in our community recover the learning lost during COVID, and over the summer, by engaging them in year-round learning opportunities that prepare them for peer interactions, responsible decision making, and socio-emotional situations. We must enhance our unique ability to assist in learning recovery. We are calling this new initiative LEAP; Learning Enhancement Acceleration Program.
We need your generous support again to meet this need in our community. The timing on this is crucial. Your support of LEAP will provide us with the resources needed to continue this opportunity into the future. Many of our community’s kids have been affected, and they need us to aid them in learning recovery. Please help our kids take a huge LEAP towards a better future.
How You Can Help
Our kids are the only next generation we’ve got, and they need our support now more than ever. As we come to the end of the year we’ve started planning… and we’ve got big plans. We are going to expand our programming and reach; through our LEAP initiative and by improving our enrichment activities across all demographics. To accomplish this we will need more staff, facilities, and materials required for programming.
You can help our kids by participating in our year-end campaign. Through the end of the year all of your donations will go directly towards our expansion in 2023.
Thank you to our sponsors for our new and improved Youth of the Month program! Our members have been so excited to learn about the new rewards for their incredible efforts. We’ve heard from our staff that ever since the program was announced almost every kid has been on their best behavior and trying harder to earn Youth of the Month. Our Superstars of the Year event will highlight all of our members who have done extraordinary things, including our Youth of the Month, and our Youth of the Year! This exciting event will be in March of 2023. More information on this event will be coming soon!
Giving Champions
Every summer we hold a special event to thank those who supported us at the $5,000.00+ level during the previous year. This year we were able to thank our 2021 donors at a private automotive museum! Thank you to the owners of this amazing venue for making this possible. It was at this event that our fabulous donors came forward to sponsor our Youth of the Month program at all nine of our Clubs!
