Win a Painting from Anette Power’s Silver Linings: Journey of Light

As Anette Power’s solo exhibition Silver Linings heads into its final two weeks, the artist wants everyone to have a chance at finding their own silver lining. The artist will raffle off her painting Island Fika (pictured above) to one lucky winner on May 30! All proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Santa Paula Art Museum’s education program. Purchase one raffle ticket for $35; three tickets for $60; or six tickets for $175 (you do not have to be present to win). More importantly, come and see Anette’s light-filled exhibit before it closes Sunday, May 30!

In accordance with public health directives, all museum guests are required to wear a face mask for the duration of their visit, to sanitize their hands upon entry, and to sign a waiver upon entry (these policies are subject to change as state and local guidance is updated). The Santa Paula Art Museum is open Wednesday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Free Giveaway: Art To-Go Bags

The Museum will be giving away free Art To-Go Bags on Saturday, May 15. Our May art bag celebrates spring in full bloom! Kids will receive all of the supplies they need to create floral art in a variety of media, including clay and paint. Projects include flower pressed clay pendants and an impasto painting inspired by our new exhibit by Erin Hanson. The bags will be available via a drive-thru only pick up in the parking lot behind the Museum (while supplies last).

Exhibition opens June 5, 2021
Making Waves, a solo exhibition by Northern California painter Michelle Jung, is a decade in the making. Jung’s passion for the sea draws upon its energy, power and restorative qualities. Explore the sights and sounds of the Pacific in this large-scale immersive presentation of seascape oil paintings opening June 5. (An artist’s reception will be held at a later date.)
