COVID19 BUSINESS ASSISTANCE
If you are still looking for capital, don’t miss these opportunities for assistance!
VENTURA COUNTY BUSINESS ASSISTANCE GRANT PROGRAM
The County of Ventura has created a COVID-19 Business Assistance Grant Program to provide grants of $5,000 awarded to small businesses and nonprofit organizations located in Ventura County to alleviate impacts from COVID-19.
If you wish to apply, please have the following documents handy:
  1. ID Verification: Photo/screenshot/scan a copy of a Real ID or Driver’s license to verify your identity.
  2.  A business license with the city your business resides in or an IRS Determination Letter for nonprofits.
  3. W-9 to verify tax identification. Please find a PDF of the W9 form here.
  4. ONE of the following options: A photo/screenshot or scanned copy of your (1) 2018 or 2019 income statement – this can be on your Fiscal Year or on the Calendar Year, OR (2) your 2018 or 2019 tax return, OR (3) a bank statement ending March 31, 2020. Please note, the bank statement MUST be as of month-end March 31, 2020 if that is the document you select to upload.

There is still time to apply for an Economic Injury Disaster Loan through the SBA.
FINAL DAYS TO APPLY FOR PPP LOAN-APPLY NOW!
June 30th is the last day the SBA can approve PPP loans. That means small businesses, nonprofits, independent contractors and other eligible borrowers need to submit their applications and necessary paperwork to lenders before June 30th so lenders have time to obtain approval from SBA.
