THOUSAND OAKS — In order to help the community during these challenging times, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley (BGCGCV) are participating in a food drive to benefit the Manna Conejo Valley Food Bank. The Food Drive is now underway and runs through May 30.
The BGCGCV is collecting canned foods and paper products to donate to families in need. Top priority items include canned spaghetti sauce, white beans, vegetable soup, pasta, fruit and baked & refried beans. Other desirable foods include uncooked rice, Hamburger Helper, boxed/instant potatoes and peanut butter.
Donations can be dropped off at the Anderson Boys & Girls Club located at 1980 E. Avenida De Las Flores in Thousand Oaks.
