at the Oxnard School District’s Board Room located at 1051 South A Street in Oxnard.

Leadership Associates will also facilitate several sessions with various groups within and outside of the Oxnard School District community to receive input about the desired qualities and characteristics of the next Superintendent. This input will be a valuable contribution to the recruitment and selection process.

Interested members of the community are also asked to participate in the input process by completing an online survey available in both English and Spanish. Leadership Associates developed an online survey to collect input from all stakeholders about the desired characteristics of the next Superintendent.
