He’ll share how automated, shared, and electric vehicles are fundamentally changing how we move around.

The Santa Barbara Junior High School Performing Arts Club presents this classic musical! With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone’s hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. Annie is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of an orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie eventually foils Miss Hannigan’s evil machinations, finding a new home and family in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy. Mariachi Aztlán

The Marjorie Luke Theatre and UCSB Arts & Lectures present this FREE family show as part of the Viva el Arte SB concert series!
The Rio Grande Valley is the proud home of Mariachi Aztlán, a sixteen-member group of students and professionals based at the University of Texas, Edinburg. Selected numerous times as the “Outstanding College or University Mariachi” in nationwide competition throughout the past twenty years, Mariachi Aztlán has performed at The White House, the Hollywood Bowl, the The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and the Smithsonian Folklife Festival. Mariachi Aztlán of the University of Texas-Río Grande Valley premiered the stage production of Cruzar la Cara de la Luna, the world’s first mariachi opera in collaboration with the Houston Grand Opera in 2010 and premiered El Pasado Nunca Se Termina with the Lyric Opera of Chicago in 2015. Mariachi Aztlán released their first CD, Mi Nombre Es Mexico in 2015.
