OXNARD — Author Reyna Grande will be coming to Oxnard College to discuss her work from 1:30 to 3 p.m. and from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 18 at the Performing Arts Building, 4000 S. Rose Ave.
Reyna Grande is the author of three critically acclaimed publications, including “The Distance Between Us,” a National Book Critics Circle Award Finalist. She came to the United States at the age of nine as an undocumented immigrant and went on to become the first in her family to receive a higher education.
