By Gilbert Cuevas / Guest contributor
Miguel Rodriguez has contributed more to the Ventura County Latino community in the past ten years than anyone I know. He has put together projects that successfully got parks for kids in the west end of Ventura and a host of other things, many of which I’m sure you have read about.
(Please see Amigos805 story: ‘El Concilio profile: Miguel Angel Rodriguez‘)
Rodriguez is a “Dreamer” and thus does not qualify for scholarships. Tuition at UCLA will be something like $12,000 per quarter.
I’m reaching as many people as I can to get him some help.
I’m asking people to contribute to:
The Miguel Rodriguez Fund, care of 135 Dickens Circle, Ventura, CA 93003.
