OXNARD — The League of United Latin America Citizens — District 17 will present its 5th annual LULAC Leadership Breakfast, “Empowering the Youth,” at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7 at Sugar Beets Restaurant & Bar, 455 So. A St., Oxnard.
Johnny Garcia Vasquez will be the keynote speaker.
