Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care Announces Rosanna Dellegrotti MSN, RN as Quality, Compliance & Education Director

SANTA BARBARA – Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care (VNHC) welcomes Rosanna Dellegrotti MSN, RN, as new Director of Quality, Compliance & Education. Ms. Dellegrotti has more than 35 years of nursing experience; 22 years being in critical care and has held positions in administration and education in both acute and long term care.

Prior to joining VNHC, Ms. Dellegrotti was a District Director of Clinical Operations at Kindred Healthcare in the San Francisco Bay Area and was integral in evaluating regulatory compliance and providing ongoing educational support and orientation to all levels of clinical staff. She spent 10 years working at Kindred Healthcare and began as a Regional Quality Specialist covering facilities in Arizona, Washington and California. Ms. Dellegrotti also served as Quality Assurance Manager at North American Healthcare in Dana Point, Calif.

Ms. Dellegrotti obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing from University of Pennsylvania with a specialty in critical care nursing and teaching. She is licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
