VENTURA — The holidays are a busy time for everyone, especially for those in the hospitality industry. This isn’t stopping Seasons Catering Chef and Owner Gabrielle Moes from prioritizing her employees this Thanksgiving. Emphasizing the importance of time with family, Moes is choosing to forego booking traditional Thanksgiving caterings, which keep her employees away from their own families, and instead bringing back Seasons’ popular chef-crafted, heat and serve Good2Go Thanksgiving meals. Pre-orders are open now through November 15th with meal pick- up on November 24th.
“Our team works hard year-round and inspires me every day with their love of food,” shares Moes. “It feels right to give our employees an opportunity to spend time with their own families this Thanksgiving holiday.” Last year, in the midst of the pandemic, Seasons Catering debuted Good2Go heat and serve Thanksgiving meals, which were met with overwhelming success. With Good2Go being a pre-order meal option, clients and employees alike enjoy more time with family and less time in the kitchen.
This year, the popular Good2Go Thanksgiving meals are back, offering traditional favorites such as, Seasons’ Yukon Gold mashed potatoes with roasted garlic and rosemary, orange cinnamon cranberry sauce, roasted Brussels sprouts with pancetta and balsamic reduction, and wild mushroom and fennel sausage stuffing. Customers simply pre-order their favorite chef-curated side dishes and savory desserts, like house-made pumpkin or pecan pie, and pair with their own turkey, ham, or protein of choice to round out their Thanksgiving meal.
“While I enjoy working in this industry, sometimes it gets hard to be away from family during the holidays. I’m so thankful and appreciative to Gaby for seeing the value in allowing us time with our families this Thanksgiving,” said Renee Redondo, Event Director.
