MOORPARK — Golfers are invited to participate in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley’s 9th Annual Golf Classic while helping raise funds for local youth on Monday, June 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Moorpark Country Club, 11800 Championship Drive.
The day’s events include an opening breakfast, exciting contests, lunch, hosted cocktail reception & dinner, live auction, opportunity drawings, and an awards presentation. New this year is the 2018 Golf School for those who are new to golf or who want to improve their game. The Golf School includes a Swing, Chipping and Putting Clinic and lessons provided by Moorpark Country Club PGA golf professionals. The Golf School also includes a Q&A session with the Country Club’s professionals and an awards ceremony.
All proceeds will help provide quality before and after school programs and enrichment in education, the arts, health, sports, technology and leadership.
