Located at 3720 Broad Street in San Luis Obispo, this new construction development is comprised of 40 units with three commercial spaces available. Residents will have access to a community center, shared kitchen, barbeque space, outdoor patios, laundry facilities, bike storage, playground, electric vehicle charging stations, on-site property management, and supportive services. Some units will provide ADA-certified accessibility for those with mobility, hearing, and vision limitations. A light lunch will be served following the ceremony.

Broad Street Place en San Luis Obispo, un nuevo edificio de construcción se compone de 40 unidades con tres espacios comerciales disponibles. Los residentes tendrán acceso a un centro comunitario, cocina compartida, espacio para parrillas, patio al aire libre, lavandería, almacenamiento para bicicletas, patio de juegos, estaciones de carga para vehículos eléctricos, administración de la propiedad en el sitio, y servicios de apoyo. Algunas unidades contarán con adaptaciones certificadas por la ADA para personas con limitaciones de movilidad, auditivas y visión.

Se servirá un almuerzo ligero al término de la ceremonia.
