OXNARD – Both residents and visitors are invited to discover the many flavors of Oxnard during “Oxnard Dine, Wine & Beer Week” taking place January 19-28, 2018.
A variety of unchained and unique restaurants throughout Oxnard will participate providing foodies with an opportunity to savor delicious cuisine, wine and beer at discounted prices. Participating restaurants range from American to Italian to Japanese fare, plus Spanish, Dutch, Mexican, and even Hawaiian cuisine! In addition, visitors can also enjoy craft beers and wine along Oxnard’s Wine Trail.
Tempting eateries located in the new hip & trendy Annex located at The Collection at RiverPark in Oxnard, a shopping, dining and entertainment destination, are also joining in. The Annex is a public 16,000-square-foot space within the Collection. Participating restaurants in the Annex include Gasolina, known for their Spanish topas & wine; Pancake, as the name implies – delicious pancakes, but made in the traditional Dutch way; PokeCeviche, creating delicious Hawaiian Poke and Latin American Ceviche bowls with unique & exotic flavors; Scratch Sandwich Counter, offering seasonal, fresh meats, cheeses and produce and The Blend Superfood Bar, healthy, tasty food including acai bowls, smoothies and juices, made to order!
Offers during Oxnard’s Restaurant Week range from percentages off to special menus. For example, Fresh & Fabulous Café (2 for $20, breakfast only); La Dolce Vita Italian Restaurant and BG’s Café offer 20% off while Kabuki Restaurant will provide 15% off during the promotion. Tomas Café is providing a free cinnamon roll with a $20 purchase and Sabor Taqueria y Mariscos offers its two ‘world famous’ tacos, beans, rice and fountain drink for just $12.99. Italian Job Café offers a free glass of wine for each entrée purchased, Magnavino Wine Cellars offers 10% off its wine & cheese plates, and Missy’s Cupcake Creations will offer a variety of their homemade cupcakes and specialties fresh from the oven! Herzog Wine Cellars also participates offering half off one tapa with each purchase of wine tasting or bottle wine, excluding tax and gratuity.
Oxnard’s Restaurant Week is held annually in conjunction with California Restaurant Month designed to promote culinary travel throughout the state.
