Brought to the California coast by owner and restauranteur Joe Zhou, foodies can pair an array of fresh seafood options with a variety of renowned brew selections from local craft brewers, such as Institution Ale Co. and MadeWest Brewing Co.

Captain’s Cajun Boil believes in blending responsibly sourced seafood, herbs and spices to provide customers with an unmatched California take on a traditionally southern dish.
