OXNARD — The Collection at RiverPark has introduced a new way to get to know the center’s talented line-up of bartenders along with their signature cocktails.
“Toast” is a social media campaign that interviews a new bartender each month from one of The Collection’s growing selection of restaurants, while giving a step-by-step tutorial for how readers can recreate the popular libations. The social media campaign launched in October with Copper Blues Rock Pub & Kitchen’s Lead Bartender, Heather.
“With our growing roster of diverse dining options, The Collection has emerged as a favorite place in Ventura County for guests to enjoy an array of unrivaled happy hour specials” said Stefanie Muegel, Marketing Manager for The Collection. “’Toast’ is a great way for our guests to not only become acquainted with our talented mixologists, but also get a firsthand behind-the-scenes look at how they’re created.”
