For parents and toddlers, “Baby And Me Little Groovers” is each Monday and Friday.
At the Simi Valley Family YMCA, “Youth Fit” workout classes for kids 5 to 11 are held every Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
“Our enrichment programs bring kids together in a safe environment. As parents know, having their kids in the outdoors with other kids their age is important to their physical and mental development,” says Tori Cusack, Youth and Family Program Director, (title). “Our instructors are trained to ensure all safety and health guidelines are followed.” Participants must wear face coverings and keep socially distanced.
Monthly fees for online and in-person workouts and enrichment programs for all family members and age groups is $44 per month and includes over 65 live virtual and outdoor group exercise and youth enrichment classes.
