Community leaders will dance for the greater good during the 2018 Dancing with our Community Stars Dance Contest and Charity Fundraiser taking place during the 25th Annual Oxnard Salsa Festival. The 2018 line-up will take to the dance floor to raise much-needed funds for their charity of choice. The salsa-dance contest is patterned after ABC’s hit TV show, ‘Dancing with the Stars.’

  • Andres Fernandez, dancing for The Children’s Services Auxiliary with Instructor Christina ‘La Maestra’ Maggio
  • Dr. Cassie Woods-Peirce, dancing for United States Adaptive Recreation Center with instructor Ottis Gillespie
  • Emily Barany, dancing for Thomas Fire Help with instructor Adan de la Torre
  • Maureen Shea, dancing for The City Center with instructor Jessie ‘Chuy’ Rodriguez
