VENTURA — A Nature Photography Exhibit hosted by Ventura Land Trust (VLT) is on display now through November 30 at Rincon Brewery, 4100 Telegraph Rd., Ventura. The 40 photographs that comprise the exhibit are for sale with a portion of the proceeds being donated to Ventura Land Trust.
This summer, Ventura Land Trust invited local photographers, both amateur and professional, to submit original nature photographs for consideration in the organization’s inaugural Nature Photography Contest. From the more than 225 entries, a panel of judges selected 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners, three honorable mention photos and 40 finalist shots which make up the exhibit.
We are very grateful to the many photographers who have shared their talent with Ventura Land Trust,” said Adrienne Stephens, VLT Development and Marketing Director. “The exhibit highlights our world’s natural beauty and is a wonderful reminder of why nature needs our appreciation and protection.”
The photography exhibit can be viewed by clicking on the Photography Contest tab at www.venturalandtrust.org and link at or by visiting Rincon Brewery in Ventura.
