The Collection offers spring fun for everyone

Shopping center brings community together for seasonal festivities

OXNARD — Spring has sprung, and The Collection at RiverPark is offering tons of exciting opportunities to hop into the spirit of the season. All are welcome to come together and enjoy the warm weather at these fun festivities for the community. From scavenger hunts, giveaways and Spring Bunny photos to a Spring Festival and Earth Day activities, there’s something for everyone.

Spring Bunny Scavenger Hunt: April 1-30

The Collection’s Spring Bunny has placed pictures of some of his favorite spring items all over the shopping center, and now he wants help finding them. Visit Guest Services to pick up a map, and then hop around The Collection to search for the items. Guests who complete the hunt can show their completed map to the Bunny helpers at Guest Services to enter to win an egg-tastic prize! Guest Services is located at 2751 Park View Court.

Spring Basket Social Media Giveaway: April 4-7

Guests will have the opportunity to enter to win a beautiful basket filled with spring goodies valued at $250. The basket will have fun for the whole family, including gift cards to a few of The Collection’s restaurants and entertainment venues. Follow @TheCollectionRP on Instagram to participate.

Photos With the Spring Bunny: April 8-10, April 15-16

Bring the whole family over for some festive spring photos. Capture the moment as the little ones meet everyone’s favorite bunny and pose for a special picture. Pets are welcome too! A variety of photo packages are available for purchase. Photos with the Spring Bunny will take place next to The Annex Food Hall at 546 Collection Blvd. For additional information, please call Guest Services at 805-342-7363. There are no reservations — photos are on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Spring Festival: April 9

Stop by the Spring Festival on Park View Court from noon to 5 p.m. for some family-friendly fun with performances, arts and crafts, and more. There will be lively sing-alongs followed by a meet and greet with Clubhouse Characters from noon to 3 p.m. Music Freqs will have a rockin’ lineup of local musicians playing popular tunes from 2-5 p.m. And all afternoon, the Spring Bunny will be available just around the corner for keepsake photos.

Hippity Hoppity Makers Market: April 9

Presented by Creative Communal, the Hippity Hoppity Makers Market features local makers, live music, photo opportunities and an activity for kids. This free event is pet-friendly and will take place on Park View Court during the Spring Festival.

Earth Day Fun: April 22-24

Join us for kid-friendly Earth Day activities all weekend long! Activities will be located on Park View Court Friday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and at the Farmers Market on Collection Boulevard Saturday.
