OXNARD — “Sonido Sabor Latino,” a dinner and dance celebrating “El Día del Amor y Amistad / The Day of Love and Friendship,” will be presented at 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 14 at the Oxnard Performing Arts Center, 800 Hobson Way, Oxnard.
