Our apartments offer affordable rental housing specifically for farmworkers who qualify as lower-income, defined as households earning no more than 60% of the area median income.
Rental Rates:
- Two-Bedroom Apartments: $1,746
- Three-Bedroom Apartments: $2,002
Applicants must meet the rental criteria of a 2.5 income-to-rent ratio and pass a low-bar credit screening. Additionally, applicants must meet the County of Ventura’s definition of farm labor.
