RECAP: “Slowing the F Down with Cannabis, Yoga & Breathwork – Doug Finkelstein and Mychal Prieto”

After an insightful discussion exploring the benefits of these practices, Mychal led the audience through an immersive holotropic breathwork session. Attendees were guided to tap into their breath, experiencing a deep state of calm and focus. As the session progressed, a clear sense of calmness and connectedness washed over the room, uniting everyone in a moment of collective peace.

Following the breathwork, Hannah facilitated an interactive Q&A, where attendees reflected on the immediate impact of the practice. It was a beautiful exchange of shared experiences, with many expressing how the simple act of breathing helped them release stress, anxiety, and tension, leaving them grounded and centered.
