Join us to celebrate new affordable housing at
Pismo Terrace in Pismo Beach!

Located at 855 4th Street, adjacent to bus routes, and community resources, this new construction development is comprised of 50 units. Residents have access to a community center, picnic area, laundry room, playground, on-site property management, and supportive services. Some units are designated for No Place Like Home households.

A light snack and beverages will be provided following the ceremony.
Shelly Higginbotham Community Room
Shelly Higginbotham, former three-term Mayor of the City of Pismo Beach, has served on the PSHH Board of Directors since 2015, and as the Board Chair since 2019. For her years of dedication to the Pismo Beach community and for her involvement in this project, we are proud to dedicate the Community Room at Pismo Terrace in her honor. Situado en 855 4th Street, junto a las rutas de transporte público, y recursos comunitarios, este nuevo desarrollo de la construcción se compone de 50 unidades. Los residentes tienen acceso a un salón comunitario, área de picnic, lavandería, parque de juegos, administración de la propiedad y servicios de apoyo. Algunas unidades están destinadas a familias de No Place Like Home.

 

Tras la ceremonia se ofrecerá un aperitivo ligero y refrigerios.

Shelly Higginbotham, ex alcaldesa de la ciudad de Pismo Beach durante tres mandatos, ha formado parte de la junta directiva de PSHH desde 2015 y como presidenta de la junta desde 2019. Por sus años de dedicación a la comunidad de Pismo Beach y por su participación en este proyecto, estamos orgullosos de dedicar el salón comunitario de Pismo Terrace en su honor. Rinda homenaje a Shelly con su donación en apoyo del Fondo de Asistencia para Residentes aquí
