Located at 855 4th Street, adjacent to bus routes, and community resources, this new construction development is comprised of 50 units. Residents have access to a community center, picnic area, laundry room, playground, on-site property management, and supportive services. Some units are designated for No Place Like Home households.
A light snack and beverages will be provided following the ceremony.
Shelly Higginbotham Community Room
Shelly Higginbotham, former three-term Mayor of the City of Pismo Beach, has served on the PSHH Board of Directors since 2015, and as the Board Chair since 2019. For her years of dedication to the Pismo Beach community and for her involvement in this project, we are proud to dedicate the Community Room at Pismo Terrace in her honor. Shelly Higginbotham, ex alcaldesa de la ciudad de Pismo Beach durante tres mandatos, ha formado parte de la junta directiva de PSHH desde 2015 y como presidenta de la junta desde 2019.
